Masimanyane Shines at Diplomatic Dinner Hosted by Norwegian Ambassador

In a remarkable evening of diplomacy and advocacy, Ambassador Gjermund Sæther of the Norwegian Royal Embassy hosted a prestigious dinner in honour of Masimanyane Women's Rights International, inviting over 20 ambassadors and dignitaries to learn about the organisation’s impactful work. The Masimanyane team delivered a powerful and professional presentation, leaving a lasting impression on all in attendance.
The event, held to garner support for Masimanyane’s initiatives, yielded immediate and promising responses. Several ambassadors—referred to as "Excellencies"—expressed their willingness to back the organisation’s efforts. Notably, the Spanish Ambassador revealed plans to connect Masimanyane’s soccer program with the Real Madrid Foundation during his upcoming meeting with them. Another ambassador offered to assist a talented young player from Masimanyane in pursuing her dream of joining Liverpool Ladies Football Club.
Further strengthening international ties, the Chinese Minister Consular confirmed plans to visit Masimanyane soon. The gathering also included representatives from Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Austria, Belgium, Germany, and the European Union, making it a truly auspicious occasion.
