We were honoured to be invited to speak at Mercedes Benz's SPSS Wellness Day, where we focused on our services and, most importantly, on addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.
This session was particularly aimed at a new cohort of employees, aged 20 to 24. Recognising the importance of equipping these young professionals with the right information, the company emphasised empowering them to advocate for themselves in the face of potential sexual harassment.
We provided essential information on where they can access help, including counselling services, and detailed the steps for reporting abuse. Our goal was to ensure that every employee feels supported and informed about their rights and the resources available to them.
