dr Foster: calls for action against those who impregnate young children

Masimanyane Women’s Rights International Founder Dr Lesley Ann Foster says there should be action taken against those found to have impregnated young girls, instead of shaming the girls for falling pregnant.

Foster was reacting to recent reports which reveal that over 17 000 teenagers have fallen pregnant in the Eastern Cape in the past four years. She says there's a need for accountability.
